Improvements

• A user designated as a substitute, without any role of their own, can now fully act on behalf of the replaced user: they benefit from their permissions and receive the notifications and emails addressed to that role

• In Settings > Notifications, a new "Email communication" option lets you disable all emails sent by the platform: invitations, transaction confirmations, end-of-day summaries, bulk mailings

• The operator can now adjust the minimum quantity limit per transaction depending on the product

• Improved upload performance for member passport documents on the platform

Fixes

• Fixed a bug that allowed limits to be exceeded in some cases

  • The display of counterparty limits has been redesigned to better explain the available limit

• Fixed a bug when importing an ODT containing the same ESC number multiple times

• The ESC record sheet requirement now applies to ESCs introduced from 1 November 2026, instead of 1 October 2026

• Various fixes related to electronic invoicing (note: invoices are not yet sent via the Approved Platform (PA) for now)

  • French invoices now use the SIREN as the buyer's electronic address

  • New optional "Electronic invoicing address" field in the organization's billing settings. Accepted formats: SIREN, SIRET (with or without suffix). Leave empty to use the SIREN by default

• The ESC record sheet CSV template can now be downloaded correctly in all cases

• Fixed a progress display bug on the delivery detail page

• Fixed the sending of final appendix signing notifications when it cannot be signed yet
